Overview

AN5172-8GR is an FTTC-type GPON optical network unit developed by FiberHome. It supports RPF (Reverse Power Feeding) via the DSL port of the PSE (Power Sourcing Equipment) on the user side. The AN5172-8GR can be used together with the GPON central office equipment developed by FiberHome to form a gigabit GPON system. It is mainly applied in scenarios such as outdoor DSL access and residential/building access.

It can serve as the network access equipment in a field or at public locations (e.g. residential communities and buildings).
