EIUC provides these principles:

The EIUC board does not converge services. The data on the board is sent by the PHY chip to the control board through data channels.

An EIUC board provides:

FE ports: provide rapid electrical connections for Ethernet services and protects ports at the 4 KV protection level in common mode.

PHY chip: provides data service channels that are managed by the control board.

Interface module: isolates signals, is hot swappable, and provides board hardware management information.

E-label 3.0: stores board information in the board memory.

Backplane connector: passes through power for the control board and service boards and transmits service and management signals for the control board and service boards.

Power module: powers on board components and is hot swappable
